ReBrick AI made the Top 50 out of 4,097 teams in 'Vibe Code with Gemini 3 Pro in AI Studio', the hackathon Google DeepMind ran on Kaggle in December 2025. It's the LEGO idea that BrickQuest grew out of.
On March 19, 2026, BrickQuest won an Excellence Award at the finals of the 4th Agentic AI Hackathon with Google Cloud. More than I deserved, and I was thrilled.
Five days before the March 19, 2026 finals of the 4th Agentic AI Hackathon with Google Cloud, I barely got BrickQuest's A1 exhibition panel and pitch deck in on deadline. All that's left is practicing a 5-minute pitch in Japanese.
I entered BrickQuest, an AI that turns photos into LEGO designs and suggests what you can build with the bricks you own, in the 4th Agentic AI Hackathon with Google Cloud. I got lucky and made the Top 10, so I'm pitching at the March 19 finals, though it still has plenty of rough edges.
As of February 14, 2026, I've finished all 100 articles of my Python 100-Day Challenge on note.com, a Japanese blog platform. I fell apart once around Day 50 but kept going, and the final Day 100 post got 175 likes and 16 comments.
As of February 8, 2026, I'm polishing the Park Labs website bit by bit: a navigation redesign, WebP conversion, region badges, a lab notes marquee, note.com links and a /note skill. The more I build, the more I find to fix.
In early February 2026, while building Care Kiro, an app for visiting nurses, I realized station manager features are essential too. Turning it into a platform that connects nurses and stations grew it to 5 systems, with deployment automated through GitHub Actions.
The Care Kiro PWA web app and the care-kiro.com landing page are done, and I'm now building a mobile app with Flutter. As of January 30, 2026, there are 10 users.
Before I knew it, Park Labs had 10 experiments. On January 7, 2026, I renamed the tab manager Tab AI to TabQuest and thought about naming the Quest series.
On January 3, 2026, I launched ConvertQuest in beta: free image tools like a favicon generator, resizing, compression and background removal, plus a PPTX conversion API. Park Labs' 10th experiment.
On December 28, 2025, I launched Population Simulator, which shows fertility rates for 31 countries on a 3D globe and in a ranking. In UN Population Data 2024, Korea is the lowest of the 31 at 0.72.
On December 11, 2025, I launched Care Kiro (ケアキロ) in beta, a work management SaaS for visiting nurses in Japan. It starts with work logs, expenses and scheduling.
Google AdSense revenue from FortuneToday, Park Labs' first experiment, reached $111 (¥16,689) in total through November 2025. It's the first real money Park Labs has made.
On December 3, 2025, I launched ContentQuest in beta, a tool that turns a single PPT into a YouTube script, a podcast script and presentation notes. No idea if it'll work.
On August 28, 2025, I added metadata, JSON-LD structured data, Open Graph images and a sitemap to the Park Labs website. The SEO score went from 75 to 95, but real traffic remains to be seen.
On August 27, 2025, I cleared out bugs on the Park Labs website after the switch to multiple languages. The 404s on experiment cards and footer links came from URLs missing the locale.
On August 25, 2025, I was adding Korean, English and Japanese support to the Park Labs website with next-intl. Applying it to every component and getting static builds right took more work than the translating.
On August 18, 2025, I added a category system for experiments to the Park Labs homepage and regrouped it into 5 sections. The roadmap section was renamed Journey to Unicorn.
On August 17, 2025, I thought about how to monetize fortune-today.com, a fortune site I'd already built on WordPress. With no traffic, I just added AdSense and moved on to other experiments for now.
On August 16, 2025, I built the Park Labs website in a day as a place to record and share experiments, using Next.js 15, Tailwind CSS and Cloudflare Pages.
On August 15, 2025, I started Park Labs after asking myself whether one person could fix everyday inconveniences for a million people. The first goal is $1.
