About Park Labs
A lab reducing everyday inconvenience with AI and automation
Park Labs is an AI x Automation lab operated solo. It builds small B2C/B2B services, publishes usage, revenue, failures, and lessons, and works toward reducing inconvenience for 1 million people.

Operating Model
Product planning, design, development, operations, iteration, and public writing are handled by one person. AI is used as leverage to increase iteration speed and validation cycles.
Mission
The focus is not a grand slogan, but reducing small everyday frictions. Fortune services, visiting nurse tools, image conversion, population simulations, and AI content generation all follow the same standard: does this make a real person’s day easier?
Operating Principles
Transparency
Experiments, revenue, users, failures, and pivots are published whenever possible. Numbers are not inflated, and uncertain items are labeled as uncertain.
Experiment first
Small launches and real usage matter more than perfect plans. What gets used is expanded; what fails is kept as a lesson.
Grounded context
Service pages and lab notes are based on public pages, real functionality, and user feedback. Unsupported invention is avoided.
AI leverage
AI and automation are used to keep multiple services improving under a solo operating model.
Editorial and Transparency Policy
Park Labs notes and metrics are editorial records of project progress. They may include automatic metrics, manual updates, and figures still being validated, so pages separate live data from operational context.
- Service status is labeled as live, beta, hackathon, planning, or similar states.
- Users and revenue are updated within the range that can be shared publicly, including zero-revenue and early-stage states.
- Lab notes are experiment logs intended to record decisions, failures, and reasons for improvement.
Awards and Public Work
- Kaggle Google DeepMind Competition Winner
- Agentic AI Hackathon with Google Cloud Winner
