Can I Build a Unicorn Alone?

What if one person could fix everyday inconveniences for a million people? On August 15, 2025, that question was what got me to start Park Labs.

There are small frustrations everywhere. Services you use every day that are just a little lacking. Things that should exist but nobody's building. In the past, making even one of those took a team. A planner, a designer, a developer, a marketer. I wouldn't have dared to try it alone.

But AI is changing a lot of that. Coding, design, translation, even marketing: the range one person can cover has gotten a lot wider. I probably can't match a full team, but maybe I can at least try.

I put "Labs" in the name for a reason. I can't promise success. But I can run a lot of experiments. Build a bunch of services, grow what works, shut down what doesn't. And share the whole process in public.

A unicorn (a $1B company) is honestly an absurd goal. But I think the direction is right. If one person can build a service a million people use, that alone is a meaningful experiment.

The first goal is humble: $1. The moment someone spends a dollar on something I built, that's the real beginning.

No idea if this will work. Only one way to find out.
