💡 Why I Built It

While making a favicon for fortune-today, I realized - it's so annoying to open Photoshop every time for simple image tasks. Favicon generation, resizing, compression... I thought it'd be nice to just do it right in the browser.

There are similar tools out there, but most of them require uploading images to a server, which feels sketchy. So I set the goal to process everything entirely in the browser.

🛠️ What's Working Now

Favicon generator - drop in one image, get all sizes

Image resize / compression

Base64 encoder

AI background removal (this one was a pain - getting the ONNX runtime up was rough)

PPTX to image conversion API

Most of it runs on Canvas API, but background removal needs the ONNX model so loading takes a bit. That needs improvement.

💰 Revenue?

Plan is to keep the basic tools free and charge usage-based pricing on the API side. But honestly, the developer tools market is a red ocean, so the real challenge is getting traffic.

Park Labs' 10th experiment. Somehow hit double digits already.
