Jesse Vincent’s Superpowers bundles skills for planning, implementing and checking software changes with a coding agent. For a new feature, the workflow starts by settling the desired behavior, turns the design into a plan, then applies the skills needed for implementation and verification. Superpowers repository

Suppose a search page needs a better empty state. This prompt gives brainstorming a decision to make and implementation a behavior to preserve.
Add a clear-search button when there are no search results.
Keep the status filter and support keyboard use.
Read the current behavior first, then propose design options.%% From the empty search screen to a verified change

B --> C["Implement and preserve the status filter"]
C --> D["Check keyboard behavior"]- In brainstorming, settle where the button goes and where keyboard focus goes after activation.
- In the plan, record how to verify that the status filter stays selected and the button works from the keyboard.
- After implementation, inspect the actual test results or reproduce the behavior in a browser.
Using it alongside Ponytail
Superpowers structures the decisions and checks around a change. Ponytail helps look for a smaller implementation within that process, such as reusing an existing component. Scale the workflow to the task. A wording change takes little planning, while a hard-to-reproduce bug is a good starting point for systematic debugging. Superpowers workflow
